Living Faith will join with the members of the PUCC to hold worship at Hillview Recreation Area's Dennis L. Sohl Center for Outdoor Learning (25601 C60) at 10:00 on Sunday morning!
Pastor Paige will lead worship with the PUCC praise band, Grace Notes, providing worship music! Holy Communion will be celebrated. Tim Kass and Mike Cunningham will greet you at the door with a bulletin. Kay Michaelson will read scripture and Sue Stream will assist with Holy Communion.

After worship, we will share a lunch together with the PUCC providing pulled pork sandwiches. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share and your own table service. Living Faith will provide the beverages.
Join us for a special service in a very special fall setting!

October Mission Project!

Our bin in the narthex is filling up! Thank you so much to all who have brought things in! The list above contains suggestions of items you can purchase that will be sent to Mitch Lang, Maddie Kuenen and their fellow guardsmen and women in November! If there is a specific item you would like to go to Mitch, please mark it with an ML. Please consider writing a note of encouragement to Mitch and/or Maddie and place it in the basket on the Living Faith table next to the brown collection bin!

Here are some items from Tuesday's Church Council meeting:
Dates for your calendar:

Headset mic: In an effort to improve the sound quality for Pastor Paige, the Council has purchased a headset mic. Members tested it out in the sanctuary and gave it a thumbs up. The Council welcomes your feedback when we next worship in the Sanctuary.

There will be no office hours on Thursday. Pastor Paige is attending a continuing education class, Nourishing the Preaching Life, at Dubuque Theological Seminary. Regular office hours will resume next week.

Have you noticed that our Communion liturgy stand has been collapsing lately?!? Thank you to Tim Kass for creating a larger stand to keep things standing during Communion!
