Last Week
Thank you to all who helped in many ways to prepare and conduct worship for Sunday, May 4th: Pastor Paige, Judd Kopperud, Nathan Summerside, John and Peg McAllister, Tim and Gail Kass, Sharon Utesch, and Angela Catton.

This Coming Week!

Sunday, May 11th, will be the Fourth Sunday of Easter. Join in worship at 11:00 AM in the sanctuary of the Presbyterian United Church of Christ (858 7th Ave. SE)! Pastor Paige will lead worship and Dawn Richards will be accompanying us on the piano! Tim Kass will greet you at the door with a bulletin!
During worship, we will also honor our mothers for Mother's Day as well as all the females of Living Faith! A PowerPoint presentation to recognize mothers of Living Faith-ers will be shown. Please email or text a picture of your mother to Kay in order for your mother to be a part of this presentation! Last week's news contains the names of those who have already contributed pictures so please refer to that list if you are unsure if a picture has been sent in.

Thank you to Yvonne Law for hosting the Faith + Fellowship hour last Sunday! Come to the Fellowship Hall on Sunday morning at 10:00, prior to worship, to enjoy coffee and conversation with friends!

Living Faith wishes to congratulate and recognize the graduates of the Class of 2025! If you have a high school, college, or graduate school graduate, please let Kay know!
We celebrate our own Pastor Paige McGrath who will graduate from Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque on Sunday, May 18 at 3:00 PM! Congratulations, Pastor Paige, on one more milestone in your life!

The Ice Cream Days Parade will take place this year on Saturday, June 21 at 9:30. A sign up sheet for parade volunteers is out on the Living Faith table in the Narthex! Parade float riders, walkers, and pick up riders for readying candy buckets are all needed!

There is a sign up sheet on the Living Faith table in the narthex of the PUCC for anyone who would like to attend the celebration on the evening of Thursday, June 12 at 6:30 PM at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Sioux City. Numbers of attendees from Living Faith will be phoned in on May 30. The cost for this event which includes a meal is $20 and can be paid at the door that evening.

Living Faith's Church Council will meet on Monday, May 12 at 5:30. Officers will be elected and some of the items discussed will be refreshing Pastor Paige's office, assembling of a handbook for Living Faith council members and a look at policies to be included in that handbook.
