This Week
Judd Kopperud will read Scripture and Kari Kopperud will assist with communion.
You are invited to Living Faith's special worship service on Sunday, August 20th at 11:00 in the Chapel of the Presbyterian United Church of Christ where we will celebrate Pastor Denne's final Sunday with us!
Rich Ziettlow and Dave Grosenheider will be offering special music for our prelude and communion service.
We will also celebrate our students and teachers with the Blessing of the Backpacks as they return to the classroom on August 23 . All students and teachers are encouraged to bring their backpacks to worship.
Following worship, stay for our farewell celebration for Pastor Denne. We will have a noon meal in the Fellowship Hall of the PUCC followed by a short program.
Come for the cake and stay for the memories!!
Faith + Fellowship Hour is at 10:00 on Sunday and Pastor Denne will be leading this time following the sharing of highs and lows!
Sharon Utesch will provide treats for the hour!
Join us in Room 103 - enter through the back Noah's Ark door and head down the hallway, turn left and we are the first room on your right!

What has your Leadership Team been up to?
The Leadership Team has applied for a Western Iowa Synod Technology grant which would be used to purchase a simple sound system for our worship space.
The Leadership Team is working on securing worship leaders for upcoming Sundays. Please watch upcoming newsletters for information - we appreciate your flexibility during this time!
The Leadership Team is working on plans for God's Work Our Hands. Stay tuned!
The Leadership Team is planning a Congregational Input meeting for October 8th. There are several issues the Team would like to put before our group to discuss and make decisions on! More details to come as the time draws closer!
Mark Juhl and Kay Michaelson will be attending the Western Iowa Synod Discernment Day on Saturday. This day is for congregations who are looking for information and creative ideas for pursing worship leaders.
