Living Faith ends the liturgical year with Christ the King Sunday!
Living Faith ends the liturgical year with Christ the King Sunday!

Pastor Paige delivered a message on Christ the King Sunday explaining the origins of this day: 100 years ago, Pope Pius XI instituted Christ the King Sunday as a response to the rising nationalism and authoritarianism of the World War I era. It was to be a reminder that our loyalty is not to earthly powers, but to the reign of Jesus who defined the values of justice, peace and mercy as a way of life.
