Living Faith observed Holy Trinity Sunday with Pastor Paige McGrath and our guest, Pastor Melissa Pickering, the Director for Evangelical Mission (DEM) of the Western Iowa Synod. Thank you to all who helped in any way with our service on Sunday: Pastor Paige, Pastor Melissa, Travis Balt, Judd Kopperud, Tim & Gail Kass, Kay Allen, Sharon Utesch, Yvonne Law, John & Peg McAllister, the Kopperud Family, Sue Stream, and Angela Catton.

**This Sunday is the Second Sunday after Pentecost, also known as Ordinary Time!**

Pastor Paige will lead us into Ordinary Time on Sunday, June 7th. Living Faith is an ELCA church located in Le Mars, Iowa and worship is held in the sanctuary of the Presbyterian United Church of Christ (858 7th Ave. SE) at 11:00 AM. We would love to welcome you to worship!

Gail Kass will accompany us on the piano and Travis Balt will read scripture and Peg McAllister will assist with Holy Communion. Tim Kass will greet you at the door with the bulletin and the Kopperud family will assist with the hymns' Powerpoint. John & Peg McAllister will provide bread for Holy Communion. There will be no live stream of the service this Sunday.

During the service, the Kopperud Family will assist our young people as they color the posters for our Living Faith Ice Cream Days' parade float!

Living Faith and the members of the PUCC join together for a time of fellowship from 10:00 - 11:00 AM each Sunday morning in the Fellowship Hall. Come early and enjoy a time of visiting!

**Living Faith's 2nd Visioning Session held on Sunday!**

Thank you to Pastor Paige for leading the members of Living Faith through our second visioning session on Sunday. The conversations were flowing! Thank you also to all who contributed to the potluck enjoyed ahead of the meeting: Kari Kopperud, Cheryl Juhl, Karen Schroeder, Kay Michaelson, Kay Allen, Rich Ziettlow, Yvonne Law and Gail Kass.

Living Faith's 3rd and final visioning session will be held on Sunday, June 28 following worship. The session will feature a light lunch followed by discussion time.

**Here's what's coming up in June at Living Faith!**

Sunday, June 14 at 4:00

Come on out to John & Peg McAllister's home at 310 Park Street in Oyens at 4:00 on June 14! Bring a lawn chair and a munchie to share! If you do not care for Hamm's, bring your beverage of choice! It's always a great afternoon at the Night & Day!

Saturday, June 20

If you can't volunteer to ride or walk in the parade, come on out and cheer Living Faith on as we go by! Take pictures! Parade begins at 9:30 AM!

Sunday, June 21

Living Faith will honor its men and boys during our worship service on June 21!

Thursday, June 25

The PUCC will host a Do-Day on Thursday, June 25, from 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM. This year, two projects have been chosen. For those who like to sew, school bags will be put together. If sewing isn't your thing, the second project will be giving the church kitchen a spring cleaning.

School bags: Materials needed for the bags are: 1/2 yard of sturdy fabric such as poplin or denim or anything of a similar weight (no upholstery fabric, please), thread and 45 inches of webbing for the bag handles. Bags will be cut and sewn during Do-Day.

Kitchen Cleaning: Please bring cleaning cloths and supplies such as dish soap, multi-purpose cleaner, a small vacuum or anything else you may use to clean your home kitchen.

Living Faith's third and final visioning session and meal will be held immediately following worship that day.
