Invitations from the PUCC

Here is the question we are invited to contemplate along with the PUCC members:
What breaks God's heart in our community?
Look for the half sheet of paper on the sign up table to contribute your answers to this question. The month of May is the time being given to think on this question. Put your responses in the box on the table.
In June, the answers will be gathered and a time of conversation will be set for the PUCC members to consider these questions. Living Faith is invited to be a part of this initiative.
The PUCC Women are hosting a Mission Do Day on Thursday, June 22 at 9:30 AM. The focus of this do day is to make school bags and fleece blankets for members of the Native American Presbytery. All are invited - men included! Sewing skills are not necessary to participate in this outreach project. If you have a sewing machine, rotary cutter and mat, please bring these along. Lunch will be provided. More information on how you can donate to this effort will be forthcoming.

Please keep these people in your prayers:
Cole and Brittany McAllister and their little girl, Morgan. Morgan is hospitalized in Omaha having been born 3 months prior to her due date.
John McAllister's brother-in-law, Kevin, who is continuing to experience health issues.
Carol Hallberg as she recovers from sinus surgery.
Mark and Kathy Stelzer as they mourn the passing of Kathy's brother, Larry.
All graduates as they celebrate their accomplishments and move on to new phases of their lives.
Thanksgiving for all volunteers as it is National Volunteers Week.
