Living Faith gathered on the Sixth Sunday after Pentecost in the sanctuary of the Presbyterian United Church of Christ last Sunday to hear a message from Pastor Paige on the very familiar story of Mary and Martha ! Worshipers also celebrated the Sacrament of Holy Communion together. Mike Rathke accompanied us on the organ, Kjersten Rathke read scripture, Travis Balt assisted with Communion, Tim Kass ushered and ran the sound board and Angela Catton live streamed our service. Yvonne Law counted our plate offerings and Sharon Utesch, Todd Lang, and Tim Kass helped to clean up after worship! Thank you to all who gave of their time and talents to contribute to our worship!

Next Sunday

**Seventh Sunday after Pentecost - July 27, 2025**

This worship service will take place at 11:00 AM in the sanctuary of the Presbyterian United Church of Christ at 858 7th Ave. SE. All are welcome to worship! Pastor Paige will preside over worship with Travis Balt accompanying us on the piano. Debbie Gibson will read scripture and Karen Schroeder will assist with Holy Communion. Mark Catton will usher and greet you at the door with a bulletin!

Sunday is the last Sunday in July and the Noisy Offering box will be out on the Living Faith table in the Narthex!

Living Faith gathers with the PUCC worshipers at 10:00 every Sunday morning in the Fellowship Hall for a time of fellowship together. Kay Michaelson will provide treats for our hour this Sunday. Come join us for conversation on Sunday!

Sunday is Plymouth County Fair Sunday and the PUCC is celebrating by having a special service at 9:00 in the Fellowship Hall and you're invited! Do you have a special hobby or talent you'd like to share: baking, photography, woodworking, quilting, painting, pottery, flowers, vegetables from the garden, special collections? Bring them to the Fellowship Hall for display! Sunday's Faith + Fellowship hour will feature a special viewing of your "fair project"! Please see Kay Michaelson on Sunday for an exhibitor entry tag on Sunday!

Carpet installation begins on Thursday and runs through Friday in Pastor Paige's office and our meeting room! Because of this, there will be no office hours on Thursday.

The Meals on Wheels sign up is ready in the Narthex of the PUCC! The PUCC and Living Faith are teaming up during the week days of August 18 - September 12 to deliver Meals on Wheels to Le Mars residents. This act of service involves being available from 10:30 - 11:15 AM on those days (There will be no delivery on Labor Day, September 1). It is helpful to go out in pairs, so invite a friend and sign up!

Women of Living Faith! Consider this!

The WELCA's Triennial Gathering will be held July 16 - 19, 2026 in Des Moines! If enough are interested, Living Faith women could carpool to Des Moines together!

The Women of the ELCA Triennial Gathering takes place every three years and gathers 1500-3000 women leaders, participants, and newcomers for four days of worship, inspiring speakers, workshops, service projects, and more!
