Sunday, July 26th

Pastor Paige McGrath will lead Living Faith in worship on Sunday, July 26th in the sanctuary of the Presbyterian United Church of Christ at 11:00 AM. The PUCC is located at 858 7th Ave. SE in Le Mars. Our doors are open for all to worship! Come join us!

Mike Rathke will provide music accompaniment for our service. John & Peg McAllister will provide bread and prepare Holy Communion. Kay Michaelson will read scripture and Peg McAllister will assist with Communion. Tim Kass will usher and run the sound board and Bailey Quanbeck will live stream our service.

Plan to arrive at 10:00 on Sunday for a time of fellowship with our PUCC friends. Yvonne Law will be assisting PUCC Deacons in serving refreshments during the hour!

Sunday is Noisy Offering Sunday and this box will be out on the Living Faith table in the narthex. Bring your change and drop it off in the box. The 2026 Noisy Offering will be going to the online ministry, Fully Beloved, led by Pastor Paige.

Continuing Education for Pastor Paige this Week

Pastor Paige is attending the Conference on Worship, Theology and the Arts at St. Olaf College this week. As a result, there are no office hours for Pastor Paige today. Pastor Paige will be back in the office on Thursday, observing her hours from 1 - 4.

WELCA Triennial Gathering

Sandy Heeren attended the WELCA Triennial Gathering last week in Des Moines. She will share her experiences with us on Sunday during worship!

Lutheran Men in Mission

The Lutheran Men in Mission met in Des Moines for their July 2026 Bold Gathering. The Bold Gathering is a day for men to come together to learn, to network and be equipped to BOLDLY live out their faith! Living Faith's Mark Juhl attended this gathering.

Project Ideas Wanted!

Living Faith will observe God's Work Our Hands Sunday on September 13th. This Sunday will feature a lay led service at 11:00 and as a part of our worship, we would like to take on a service project that morning. The project should take up a half hour of time and be a project that would be appropriate for all ages. If you have an idea for such a project, please let any Church Council member know. (There will be no Holy Communion that day.)

Circle August 30th on your calendar! Jim & Sandy Heeren will be hosting a Porch Party at their home (30561 150th St.) at 4:00! Plan to bring your lawn chairs and a munchie! If you have a lawn game, bring it along!
