Servant Opportunities at Living Faith

Yvonne Law, Kim Lang and Kay Michaelson will be delivering Meals on Wheels this week here in Le Mars.

The Sleep in Heavenly Peace Egg Tree will be in the narthex of the PUCC by the Living Faith table this coming Wednesday through Easter Sunday. You are invited to take an egg and purchase the item suggested inside the egg. Return purchased items to the Living Faith table by Easter Sunday.

Our Wednesday Lenten monetary offerings will go to Sleep in Heavenly Peace. There will be an offering box out on a table in the PUCC Fellowship Hall on Wednesday evenings during our meal time where you can drop your offerings off.

The Church Council made a decision to designate the 2025 offering of $148 to go towards the Le Mars Backpack program.

Church Council minutes are now available for review. You can find them in the labeled binder in the church office, Room 105.
The Mutual Ministry Committee has been formed. Its members are Jenni Mack, Nathan Summerside, Kari Kopperud and Debbie Gibson. This group will be reading and discussing the book Pastor and People - Making Mutual Ministry Work to help guide them in their work on this committee. They hope to have their first meeting in March.
The 2026 Noisy Offering will go towards the online ministry of Pastor Paige, Fully Beloved.
The Synod Assembly will be April 17 and 18 at Sergeant Bluff. Representing Living Faith will be Pastor Paige, delegates Todd and Kim Lang, and young adult delegate Bailey Quanbeck. The offering for the assembly will go towards the Western Iowa Synod Pig Project (75%) and Western Iowa Synod Fund for Leaders (25%).

Volunteer opportunities at Living Faith!
A Living Faith goal for 2026 is to offer intergenerational opportunities for members to get to know one another better and to take the time to develop relationships among all ages who call Living Faith home. If you would like to be a part of the group who will develop these opportunities, please see Pastor Paige!
There are many "behind the scenes" tasks at Living Faith for facilitating worship! Here are some things you would be welcomed to help with:
Ushering
Running the sound board
Setting up the sanctuary for Living Faith worship
Preparing Holy Communion
Running the hymn slides powerpoint
Counting the plate offerings after worship
Cleaning up communion after worship
Taking down the Living Faith worship space after worship
Reading scripture
Assisting with Holy Communion
Live-streaming services
There are several Living Faith members who are volunteering their time to do the tasks listed but we can always use more help and we would love to tell you about the details of helping with each task if you are interested! Please see any Church Council member to let them know of your interest!

Please mark your calendar and plan to attend our first Visioning Meeting for Living Faith on Sunday, April 26 after our worship service. Pastor Paige will lead members in a time of contemplation, discussion and discernment for Living Faith. This will be the first of more times to gather and prayerfully discern where we are being led.
